I just had a look at the “wall” on their Facebook page and there are alot of complaints about the so called free movie tickets and no show samples. I have emailed them and asked what is going on as there are alot of complaints about it :)

I received a reply from Riva which was very fast. They asked for my details that I supplied on the form so they can check with the company who is providing the samples to see why they havent arrived. Will post what happens.

Riva is refusing to answer my question and have passed the buck to this “company” that sends out their samples but wont tell me who they are. Complaints are piling up and apparently the form doesnt even work anymore. We shall see.

Finally got an answer from Cerebos (who make Riva) after I emailed them via their website (not from their Facebook ad) and complained that nobody seems to have received their samples. They said they contacted their Facebook team via their Marketing Manager and will now send me a Riva cappucino sample.

i wrote on their facebook page about this and they replied your free sample should have been sent or if not call this number 1300 365 755 so anyone who hasnt got their samples and are willing to call go for it lol…. dont think i will

I emailed them from their website, not Facebook as they dont pay attention to that, and so all up it took almost 3 months to get 1 sachet to try. In the end and after all that it was horrible LOL

Not worth the effort Teresa LOL it was really awful (to me anyway some may like it) but their lack of customer service in offering a sample for people to try and then not sending them, was not a great way to find new customers either! I will stick to my usual brand I think :)

If you have not received a sample from Riva coffee please call our toll free number on 1800 656 115 to receive your Free sample. Unfortunately there were some outages with the Facebook application in February that did effect the distribution of samples and we would like the opportunity to rectify this.

We all applied for our samples in Dec/Jan you can tell that by the date of this post. I think your distributor is being a bit dodgy.

lol…. riva you are putting out a number for us to call??? why??? are you saying maybe we should register again in order to avoid calling or no??? and why on facebook have u given me a completely different number to what you put on here as all i have done is copy and paste the number u guys told me to call??? sounds a bit dodgy! come on i mean you have all of our names in your system so why cant you guys get on top of it and promote your own company a little better???? until then i refuse to buy riva coffe… sorry
