The first time it was the manger - he rang me after I had left the store and said yes he found the offer but i was already on my way to the BBQ with something else to drink. The second time i got a casual staff member (shortly before closing) who knew nothing of the offer. The communication from LiquorLand HQ seems disappointing and then the communication within my small country store even more so. I'll give it one more try I have twice tried to use the mobile voucher and both times the staff knew nothing.
