Joshie, I’ve just had another look at this freebie in the dropdown list where you select your state, it does say “Not Listed” so if you are still interested, why submit the form and choose “Not Listed” for the state?

I missed the “expired” box and went ahead and entered my details. No problems. They said I would recieve my sample by November 2nd.
Hope they come.
