    so i went and used internet explorer browser instead and entered my details and YES it worked

    When I get to the site, there’s a big ad on the right hand side the top ad is for Your Local Salon Guide (if I click on that ad, I get a page with a search tool for salons).
    Under that ad is an ad for Vidal Sassoon Goddess hair straightener (when I click on that I get a page about this product).
    Under that ad is a list of Tips and Tricks, Skin Guide, Spoil Yourself, etc.
    I can’t figure this one out. Detailed baby steps would be great.

    I would try deleting your temp files, using Internet Explorer and making sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.

    If you get a different add to the clinique add try closing the window and reclicking on the link, I think you may get a different add if you open the window again, I got a different add the first time but the clinique add came up when I tried again.

    You can also get this freebie at the Clinque counter at myer or DJ’s, and I presume it would be bigger! You don’t need a coupon either, they have posters at the counter which say get a free skin consultation and 3 step trial.
