    Easy little form to fill out although if you have bad eyesight it might be difficult to read it, its small and a bit dark. Just wait and see now :)

    I applied for the $25.00 gift voucher last year and only got sent the gold card member card. I have rung Wallace Bishop head office at least six times they never ring you back when they say the will. I have spoken to three different people I know of Alana and Peta were the last two. They tell you they will do something about it but they never do. I now just believe it was all false advertising. I can now only contact consumer affairs to try to resolve this matter.
