Tried picking these up at the Burwood (NSW) Westfield Liquorland, but they didn’t have any of the new range in stock, nor did the assistant know anything about them. Disappointing.

That really is disappointing. I wonder what comes into play here, poor communication among the staff, or that particular store. I haven’t tried using my voucher yet.

I have twice tried to use the mobile voucher and both times the staff knew nothing.
The first time it was the manger – he rang me after I had left the store and said yes he found the offer but i was already on my way to the BBQ with something else to drink.
The second time i got a casual staff member (shortly before closing) who knew nothing of the offer.
The communication from LiquorLand HQ seems disappointing and then the communication within my small country store even more so.
I’ll give it one more try

i got the sms before it was available, luckily i went in a few days later on the day it started. the staff were not told, they are usually sent a list of current promotions and it wasn’t in that either. but if they just scan the product and typed in the code it came up on the register as free so she accepted it.
to irene: no money will be charged on your accounts, dont bother unsubscribing they will only sms you freebie offeres in the future if they even sms at all
